Creative Sundays

Double Dragonflies - I started this little painting about 2 months ago with full intentions of having it finish by the end of July. Well, it took me a little long, life and such. But I really enjoyed doing it and I put my own twist on it with the little flowers. Which give me a few other ideas.

Upon a mirrored pond it glides,
Wings like shards of glass in light,
A dragonfly, with silent strides,
Dancing through the fading night.
