Flowers
Tulips were the first true try of this form of image making.
Flowers are one of my favourite things to photograph, they are the perfect subjects. Tulips always say Spring is coming, just be patient, we are here just under the surface of the earth, just be patient!!
Hollyhocks
Old Hollyhock from my front yard from last summer. I didn’t get a chance last fall to clean up my front yard before winter arrive. I have watched the hollyhocks become covered in snow and freeze and thaw and so now all winter long until I finally decide what to do with them. And inspiration hit!!
Carnations
I needed a little colour in my dreary brown, white and grey world. So I decided to buy myself some flowers to brighten things up. And now that the flowers have withered and I am going to dry them. This coming winter when it is to cold to be out, I will have something to photograph.
