Thought of the Week ?

Be kind … It takes nothing to be kind. Kindness is done without any great thought. Just a smile and a kind word can brighten one’s day. A simple Thank you goes a long way.

Be kind … give up your seat on the bus to someone who needs it.

Be kind … Because you just don’t know who has last someone they love.

Be kind … Because on day you may need that little bit of kindness to get you through the day.

Mid August, how can that be? It was June only blink of an eye ago, wasn’t it.

I remember when summers were long and blue sky days that lasted forever. The morning will soon be crisp and fresh, the school bells will be ringing again and the leave will be yellow soon.

Summers are much to short for all the things that I wish to do.

Ok and as usually I am working and didn’t even get a chance to go out and do any photography. However, I did edit some images for my blog to share with the world so does that count?

Nothing terribly exciting happened today. I did get last of my Scotland to do list done. I have been going to go and do this last one thing for about 4 months now, so I am glad it is finished. So I am officially ready to go. I just have to pack a bag with some clothes and a camera bag and I am Ready!!!

Work, Eat, Sleep. Somedays that seems like all I do.

But I can at least say I was productive. Laundry, Groceries and took the bottles in.

And then one exciting thing … I cam across a cool looking free acrylic painting workshop.

I look forward to it. Starts next week, so I spent sometime looking at my schedule to see where I can find time in my day to play.

I look forward into carving out this time for myself.

I have been for quite sometime trying to sort out my Lightroom Catalog. Now this should of been to the point, it is the most simplest thing and yet I couldn’t see it. Well, why not just go year by year, what a thought, huh?

So I have start this process of getting it all sorted out. The year 2020 is in the process of getting its own catalog and all cleaned up.

Well, this Lightroom thing is going to be a bit more time consuming that I thought it was going to be. But I think it will all work out.

A bit stressful, I thought I lost a drive but everything came back this morning. So I am going to have to do things in smaller section but I can live with that!
