Quiet Day of catchup and getting ready to go back to work on Monday.
Really not ready to go back, but yet hanging out at home all day doesn’t do it for me either. I look forward to my quiet time, working on photos or my volunter work or painting but I don’t fell as thoug I do anything of myself if I don’t get out. Maybe that is selfish, I don’t know but life does not consist of work, eat and sleep, that would be a very sad existence, don’t you think.

Monday, September 29
Back to work and already read for another holiday.
It really wasn’t a bad day, just that the old feeling of “I don’t want to be here” surfaced almost immediately when I walked in the door. Its only 10 more years of this to go. Who knows what will happen.
I was productive when I got home last night. Set up a couple of promo post for AFHS and worked through FB posts for AFHS FB page for the newsletter. So that I am organized for Thursday. I think I am just about caught up for a little while anyways.

Tuesday, September 30
Wow!! The end of September. How did that happen, I was just getting ready to go to Scotland. Weather has been beautiful and I hope it continues. I do like fall but I am never ready for winter. Cold and dark days. I am already looking for things to do over the winter months to keep my hands and mind occupied until spring. Several good project on the go. So never a lose for things to do.
Thoughts are on what my next little adventure is going to be and where its going to be. Just have to wait and see what the bank account has to say.
Nothing exciting at work, same old … same old.

Wednesday, October 1
What a beautiful day!! I hope this weather sticks around. Yes it is chilling in the morning but the sun is still warm. No many of falls have started like this, usually winter has already made an appearance!!
It was lovely to see everyone at the TPW zoom meet up and all this wonderful photos and projects that everyone are working on. I need to find time to work on my couple of projects. I must go and pick up a couple rolls of film in the next little while so I can do some work on my Walking 17th Ave.
It was so nice to see “H” today. We always get along so well. I hope all works out well for her and her family. I am sure it will all work out in the end. But will keep them in my thoughts.

Thursday, October 2
Up early and off to work, my usually Thursday morning. But the rest of the day was mine. Supper was planned early, small pork chops and spaghetti, simple but filling.
Lovely chat with “D&K”, about family research, but also about photography and simply enjoying one anothers company.
Caught up on my “To Do” list so that I can start another list, of course but always nice to feel as if I have accomplished something. I have a few things thats are long term projects however I did work away on them so they are closer to being done.
I have getter better at organizing my time. Still a work in progress but its definitely an improvement.
Schedule, Schedule, Schedule!!

Friday, October 3
I got to paint for a little bit and there are no three pretty little flowers. Now don’t ask me what they are, I just know they are pretty!! Haha!! I am like what I have done so far, just simple which I like.
Weather wish has been wonderful and I hope it stays a while longer yet. I don’t mind the odd rain here and there but as long as it warms up afterwards.
Thought of the Day - Travel plans, I have many so I really can’t decide what to do. I always start looking after a big trip. Mostly to keep my spirits up and something to look forward to. So I don’t know yet but I will keep you posted. Have to see what kind of “Deal” I can find!!

Lantern Fest, what fun! But boy I wish Mother Nature would of played nice. It was a decent turn out for a great community event. Kids and Adults a like all had fun making lanterns. There was two great musicans, a juggler, balloon artist and 2 characterist. The hanna artist has a full line up and all the girls love it!!
However, when it came to the Lantern Walk, the wind blew and the rain fell and it was down right cold!
