    Sunday, October 5

Wow!! Tired . . . I was good until about noon and then I could of curled up in a corner and napped the day away. Work is work, nothing exciting or stimulating about it. Same old - Same old.

I downloaded the image from Lantern Fest. I think there is some really interesting and fun images. I tired to be a bit more creative this year. Different angles etc. So hopefully, they turned out well.

My 365 project is down to its last few weeks and it is harder to come up with ideas. I think I am going to start theming each week now. I always struggle at the end of a project like this, I either have to many ideas or not enough! So we will see what happens!

Long weekend . . . very long weekend, I am glad that it is done!!

I am ahead of the game for al of my blog posts, they are basically ready to go for this week. I hope I can continue to do so, keeping a head of things. Makes life easier. Fingers Crossed, anyway!

I have decided to do a little book called “Pictures & Poems”. I am working through my pictures to see what fits with some of my poems. Not sure yet how it is going to work but we will see!!

Met up with Ann at GF55. I feel so much better now that I can see waht the setup is going to be for taking Santa Photos. Now on to the next part, setting up the laptop and making everything work the way I want it to and it being a smooth process.

Well, what a day! Oh first world problems. Tv and Internet!!

Had issues all summer and finally things just stopped working.

It was suppose to be a simple fix and is in the end it was but had to go through all the crap first.

In the end, I think I would like to go back to a Black and White TV with antennas.

  • Thursday, October 8

Thursday is always my early morning. It is now a 4am start instead of a 230a start. Its a bit better, but my theory “sooner you start, the sooner you leave.” But I have more energy, so when I get home I have a quick nap and I go on with my day. Now, I really didn’t do much but my kitchen floors are clean and the house has been vacuumed. So I am almost ready for Thanksgiving and Company.

  • Friday, October 9

Hmmm, Let me see . . . What did I do? See how exciting, it was, I can’t even remember?!

Thought of the Day - What Am I Thankful for?

-I am thankful for the people I love, who support me and care about me.

    - I am thankful for the roof over my head that keeps off the rain.

-I am thankful for all who went before me, for I wouldn’t be who I am today.

-I am thankful for the opportunities I have been given.

-I am thankful for all the possibilities to do, see, create.

    - I am thankful to have my health

-I am thankful the food on my plate

-I am thankful to live in the greatest country in the world.

-I am thankful for the freedoms I have and thankful for the men and women who fought and still fight for those freedoms

The last of the fall weather!! The morning and early afternoon was beautiful. The skies were that beautiful deep blue and the sun was still warm.

Today, I took an oil pastel workshop and we all sat outside in the lovely gardens of The Confluence to gain inspiration from the surroundings.

Fall was in full spring, all the yellows and oranges were brilliant. It was a great workshop and I hope they decide to do more.

We were done just in time, because the wind started to pick up and by the time I made it home, the wind was howling! The leaves were tumbling and whirling on the strong whipping wind.
