Memorial Campus

When I travel, I have been trying to find cheaper alternatives for places to stay. And over the last 10 years, I have been staying on campus in different places across Canada. The rooms are not fancy, its a doom room and really I am not in my room all that much, its a place to sleep and store your luggage . . . do you really need a fancy room . . . no.

On my last trip, which was to St. John’s, I stayed at Memorial University. It was just right, the campus is actually rather pretty and not to far off the beaten path. It included a breakfast each morning, which is perfect to start off the day. I did a little bit of walk the first evening, even though it was a bit wet out, I got an idea of where I am.
