Creative Sundays

This weeks’ Creative Sunday is all about Bubbles!! This technique I spotted on Instagram while I was on holidays and thought I really need to try it when I get home and I did!! It was rather fun and I look forward to trying it again to see what patterns and color blending I will get. There may be a few of these that I make and share in the next little while.

So basically, you combined dish soup and water and blow bubbles. And then place the bubbles on watercolor paper and then use water color paint on to the bubbles … yeah, yeah I know sounds weird but the shapes and patterns that come out are amazing!! Cover the bubbles and paper with plastic wrap and let it dry thoroughly. I then took a fine tipped pen and outlined random bubbles to create the designs/patterns that I thought looked really interesting!
