A Character Along the Royal Mile

Ok, so this People Picture Making Thing?! Not sure where exactly where it came from but boy its fun at times!! I spotted this Gentleman chatting with everyone. I am not sure if he is a guide or someone with an interesting style sense. Don’t ya just love the hat!! I took a couple of images and this last one he spotted me and posed, and I was thrilled!!!
