The PhotoWalk Assignment - Red
I try to take apart in a once a month assignment through The Photowalk Podcast. Some months are easier than others, time limits or lack of ideas. But this month was “Red” and I honestly didn’t think that I would find “Red” in the month of January when its white or brown or dark or dirty but I did!!
From Ted Forbes: “I find colour to be very interesting, although I’m usually avoiding it when shooting black and white of course. But when I do incorporate colour, it needs to be there for a reason, and what is interesting to me is the weight a colour can hold.
When this image was made, Calgary had experience quite a bit of wind and it knocked alot of branches and things.
