Friday’s Flower

Bluebells of Spring

Well, finally there are some real signs of spring. Not only are the Tulips blooming in certain places in Calgary but I found all the blue bells at Readers Rock Garden. Well maybe not all, I didn't dig through the back sides of the trees and things like that but I did photograph some of the ones that were close to the path. It was a beautiful afternoon at Readers Rock Garden, well worth going, even though it was cold earlier in the day, it did warmed up quite nicely. And the sun did finally come out. Readers Rock Garden is one of my favorite spots to go and photograph all of the flowers during the year. Well maybe not during the winter months but it is actually very an interesting place to go during the winter with no flowers but you can still hear the birds and you can see the sleeping Gardens as well as the pretty house at the top of the hill. Well worth a look, if you're looking for something to do.
